Lead Identity & Access Management EngineerInfrastructure Delivery ManagerA phenomenal opportunity has opened for a hardworking Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Infrastructure & InfoSec Tribe, part of Flutter UK & Ireland!What you’ll doAs the Team Leader of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate a team of engineers who provide IAM services using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization.The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our squad, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management Security and the ability to lead and empower a team.The successful candidate should expect occasional international travel to other Flutter UK&I offices, which include Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, London and Porto.How you’ll do itLeadership skills:Manage a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.Set team goals, define project priorities, and ensure the accurate completion of tasks.Establish a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where employees are encouraged to share insights and work together.Conduct regular performance evaluations (1-2-1, Check-ins) and provide constructive feedback to team members.Key contributor to the IAM strategy and roadmap, in line with Flutter UK&I’s objectives and goals.Collaborate with partners and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies and regulations to improve the team’s capabilities.Identity & Access management skills:Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality, including;Application onboardingJoiner, Mover and Leaver processScheduled recertification of applicationsCorrelation, aggregationOrphan managementProvide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting.Develop and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver, and access request workflows.Define and implement access control policies and reviews, ensuring compliance with both internal and external audits.Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity platform and projects.What’s on offer£/€1,000 learning fundTwice-yearly bonus (with part of it guaranteed!)Uncapped HolidayPension contribution schemePrivate healthcareHybrid WorkingAccess to thousands of Udemy coursesInvest via the Company Sharesave SchemeAbout Flutter UK & IrelandOur division operates four of the most popular and trusted brands in the market: Sky Betting and Gaming, Tombola, Betfair and Paddy Power.Together the Flutter UK&I brands offer market leading entertainment to millions of customers every single week!
