Job description
37 hours per week, term time only – 40 weeks per annumApplications are invited for the post of Lead Learning Support Assistant based at our Blossomfield Campus however flexible to work across all sites if necessary.The role will support the coordination and quality monitoring of support for students with additional needs and provide comprehensive support to identified students to ensure their learning goals are met. The person appointed will promote inclusion and assist students with additional needs to participate in the life of the College.It is essential that applicants have recent experience of working in a F.E. setting with students with additional needs.The successful applicant will be organised and dependable, have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and lead others.Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.Solihull College & University Centre is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all students and expects all staff to engage fully with this commitment.£28,086 pa – (up to), pro rata, actual salary up to £25,209.53 pa
