The RoleThe University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Service Designer to transform and optimize services, shaping the future of service delivery across the institution.As the Lead Service Designer, you will drive positive change and design innovative solutions, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to identify improvement opportunities. You will work as part of the Reimagining Professional Services team, an ambitious initiative which aims to create a compelling new future for professional services across the University of Cambridge.
