Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.Lead Training & Competency SpecialistBelfast – Hybrid (min 50% office based)We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Training & Competency Specialist, to support the Senior Training & Quality Manager to empower individuals to be successful by delivering impactful training experiences.You will be responsible for product training for the full range of products in HUB Financial Services, owning the product training requirements including, designing, project management and delivery of HUB Financial Services (FS) training programmes. It will also build and lead a multi-disciplined team to develop and deploy training solutions for internal and external customers to support the growth and development of all staffKey Responsibilities:Design and manage compliant training content for HUB FS, including product training, soft skills training and systems training that is aligned to the HUB T&C FrameworkWork with stakeholders, including managers and subject matter experts, to design, write and develop interactive training content for various audiences, new hire, tenured staff and those wishing to cross skill within product areas.Recognise future propositional changes and trends (subtle or substantive) allowing the business to respond promptly and compliantly.Utilise all customer feedback and insight research opportunities (including but not limited to complaints; vulnerable customer data, independent feedback; operational losses; QA results)Development and oversight of a comprehensive training library ensuring this remains approved, widely accessible and ‘up to date’.Presents in person and online training sessionsSchedules training sessions and manages team calendars to ensure we are meeting the needs of HUB FSTo act as the escalation, point for all technical ‘advice’ queries surrounding advice journeys delivered by non-qualified personnelProvide first line management, coaching and professional development to training personnel reporting to this roleSkills and ExperienceDemonstrable expertise and practical work experience in a customer centric training environmentKnowledge of a variety of learning methods and theory to meet the needs of a dynamic training environmentSkilled at managing projects and producing deliverables according to deadlines and external requirementsPrevious line management experienceProven track record of delivering robust training systems that improve performance and development of staffCIPD or Professional Educational Qualification, or wider qualifications in L&D, (digital) learning design and facilitation or other related areasCompany BenefitsA Competitive Salary, Pension Scheme and Life AssuranceAlong with 28 Days Annual Leave plus an Additional Day on us for your BirthdayPrivate Medical Cover and Income Protection, just in caseA generous and highly achievable bonus scheme – paid annually based on individual and company performance against targetsOpportunity to progress within your career both in-role and within the companyFREE access to the Headspace App, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Helpline and Trained Physical & Mental Health First Aiders (On-Site)A variety of Employee Funded Benefits available to you via our Online Benefits PortalPlus, several additional purchase options available for you and your loved onesAbout UsWe’re a FTSE 250 Financial Services company who specialise in retirement solutions and right now, our world is moving pretty quickly.How people work, save, and plan for the future is all changing.
