Are you skilled at designing and delivering impactful leadership development programs, that leaves the learners feeling empowered? Jardine Motors Group has an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and creative Learning and Development professional to join our team as a Leadership Development Facilitator.
Within this role you will be accountable for the ongoing success of our L3 Leadership Development Apprenticeship Programmes, along with having an active role in the wider Learning and Development strategy to optimise our colleague’s development, performance, and success!
You will need to be prepared to travel, our dealership locations are across the UK and our central learning hub is based in Northamptonshire. The role will be on a 40 hour a week contract Monday – Friday and a company car is included within the package.
About the role:
- Design and facilitate thought provoking leadership sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify leadership development needs and create tailored learning experiences that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Have an active role in bringing to life our Coaching Culture Strategy through 121 coaching, and ‘in the moment’ coaching to unlock peoples true potential.
- Produce monthly MI data to demonstrate the impact our L&D initiatives are making
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve program outcomes.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in leadership development, proactively build your network outside of the business to continually enhance our offerings.
What you will bring:
- Experience in the design and implementation of an effective management and leadership development programme based around Apprenticeship standards.
- An excellent understanding of different leadership models and behaviour/capability frameworks.
- Outstanding and engaging facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences.
- Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possesses strategic, commercial, and tactical thinking capabilities.
- Learning and Development or Training qualifications such as CIPD or Coaching preferred.
- Psychometric certification preferred (Insights Discovery, Strengthscope or similar).
