Lean PractitionerThe Lean Practitioner is a new and exciting role within easyJet’s E&M Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Head of E&M Supply Chain, this transformational role will focus on eliminating waste, optimising supply chain processes and identifying opportunities to combine automation to achieve greater efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall value delivery.What you’ll be doing:In this role, your day-to-day work will involve identifying and eliminating waste, improving processes and ensuring smooth supply chain operations, through a hands-on application of Lean tools and techniques, like Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA) and value stream mapping (VSM).More broadly, your role will involve the development and implementation of Lean strategies across the E&M Supply Chain, leading cross-functional teams in improvement projects. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.Your role will include the training and coaching of other Supply Chain team stakeholders on Lean principles and tools, influencing a culture of continuous improvement in the E&M Supply Chain.What you’ll need to do the role:We are looking for someone who is an experienced, Lean certified and accredited Practitioner, with a solid understanding of Lean tools and techniques. The right candidate will have advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to influence and drive organisational change.
