(PDF, 167.71kb)More detailsWe are looking for a proactive and motivated person with Learning & Organisational Development experience to join our positive team. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead projects and work with a wide range of stakeholders across Kew and externally. Taking personal accountability is a must as is a strong ethos regarding delivering high quality products.Ideally the candidate will hold a relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in the field of Learning & Organisational development.Interviews expected week beginning 31st March.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
