The team is responsible for the curation, design, implementation, evaluation and continued improvement of high quality learning and development initiatives across the full spectrum of the organisation, from early careers through to leadership, along with wider Talent Development programmes to help elevate our people’s personal and career development within the business.As Talent Development Advisor, you will work closely with the Talent Development Lead to co-create, support and implement learning initiatives which shape the Talent Development function, ensuring the business achieves its strategic learning objectives.What You’ll Be Doing– Be the go-to person: Act as the go-to for training, reviews, PDPs, and development queries, while guiding managers in human and impactful career conversations– Support the review process: Support the annual performance review process including PDPs and goal setting– Support and Implement the Talent Development Strategy: From our annual learning calendar, through to apprenticeships and early careers, support in bringing our visions to life– Manage the LXP: Manage our learning platform from regular campaigns to curating content that suits everyone’s needs– Content Creation: Create relevant and engaging content from e-learning to live sessions on key topics– Evaluation and Insights: Analyse learning data and feedback to refine initiatives and support business needs– Partnerships and Resources: Manage relationships with 3rd-party providers and oversee budget-conscious solutions for development needs– Regulatory and Compliance Training: Collaborate with teams to deliver essential training aligned with regulations– Trend Awareness: Stay current on market and learning trends to evolve and enhance development offeringsWhat We’re Looking For

  • Talent Development, L&D and HR expertise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using both traditional and modern training methods (e-learning, on-the-job training, classroom based, coaching, workshops etc.)
  • Awareness of variety of learning/training concepts that appeal to our diverse teams
  • Awareness of learning methodologies and best practices
  • A quick learner, inquisitive and an excellent problem solver with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working independently but equally strong in teamwork.
  • Able to build strong and supportive relationships and to influence others around you to get the support, input, and feedback that you need
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach
  • Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present work in a concise, logical, and engaging manner
  • High levels of focus, energy, and drive
  • Supportive and resilient to change

The Interview ProcessOur interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Short call with a member of the Talent team
  • 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
