This is an opportunity to support the Learning Team to inspire and engage our learners and to support schools to access Wakehurst led Professional development. The Wakehurst Learning Programme currently welcomes over 10,000 pupils a year.

This is an exciting opportunity to support key parts of Kew’s role: inspiring a sense of awe and wonder for the natural world and extending our reach by sharing our expertise.

The role’s purpose is to support schools to access the Learning Team Programme visits and teacher training.

The role is a fixed term 1 year contract, 5 days a week, with the possibility of a part time role.

We are looking for an adaptable administrator with a can-do mentality and the ability to work in a fast paced working environment.

The applicant should be educated to GCSE standard with a strong working knowledge of I.T. systems, including e-mail, internet and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).

Experience of working with Agresso would be an advantage.

The role requires a creative, flexible and organised team player, happy to adapt to the needs of the team.

The salary will be £26,100 per annum pro-rata.
