Key Responsibilities for A Learning Support Assistant:
- Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure each student’s progress and growth.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and specialists to create a holistic learning experience.
- Celebrate each student’s achievements, no matter how big or small, and provide encouragement every step of the way.

What Is Required For The Role Of Learning Support Assistant?
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
- You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
- You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
