This full-time role is your chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of students, ensuring they thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.If you’re passionate about education and have experience in SEN, this is the perfect role for you!About the RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play an essential role in helping students with SEN overcome challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you will provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each student, creating a safe and encouraging learning space.This role is perfect for a patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual who is committed to promoting the success of every child.Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:

• Offer one-to-one and small-group support for students with SEN.
• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provide personalised learning support.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage student participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to monitor progress and provide feedback.

Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant Role:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with SEN students is essential.
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude towards supporting children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Availability to start immediately and work full-time.
