We work closely with schools to place talented Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who can help create an inclusive, nurturing, and effective learning environment.The Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have special educational needs.
  • Assist teachers with delivering lessons and classroom management.
  • Support students’ social and emotional development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
