£11.98 per hourVarious hours and working patterns are available38 weeks per annum, paid for 43.13 weeks per annumAbingdon CampusPermanent & fixed term contracts availableOur Special Educational Needs and Disabilities(SEND)supportteam at Abingdon & Witney Collegeis expanding this September andwe arethereforelooking to appointprofessional,energetic and enthusiastic people with excellent communication skills to support our studentsin a variety of learning environments for the educational year.A good working knowledge ofEducation and Health Care Plans (EHCPs), with a good knowledge of and/or experience of working with young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), as well as strategies for other SEN supported needs,training will also be provided.These are varied roles and require dedicated individuals who enjoy working with young people,some of which have complex needs. You will possessthe skillsto support students studying from EntryLevelto Level3,enablingthe students to succeed and achieve their full potentialacademically.
