Permanent, Part Time (0.5 FTE)

We are now seeking a Lecturer to teach on a variety of Business courses and levels across the curriculum area, including but not limited to: BTEC Business Studies Level 1, 2 & 3 and T-Level Finance and Accounting.

As Lecturer in Business (Accounting Specialism), you will take responsibility for the group tutorship of one or more of courses within the School and contribute to the development of existing and new provision, as well as the implementation of flexible and cost effective teaching and learning styles.

We’re looking for someone who has excellent teaching skills and relevant teaching experience on BTEC programmes in Business, across a range of levels. You will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject and be able to support, motivate and empathise with learners, including monitoring their progress.

With energy, enthusiasm and passion for the subject and education, you will have high personal standards and expectations and be aware of academic quality standards. A teaching qualification is not essential however we do ask that you are willing to achieve one in line with current regulations.
