We are seeking a Lecturer (0.4 FTE) in Audiology to contribute to the delivery of our successful undergraduate and postgraduate Audiology programmes. The post holder will be a member of an innovative, progressive and committed staff team within the Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences. The Division is part of the School of Health Sciences and provides many multidisciplinary working opportunities.
The post offers an opportunity to contribute to the learning and assessment of the fundamental subjects underpinning Audiological practice and an opportunity to contribute to the learning and assessment of more specialist areas of practice. Additionally, the post holder will work alongside programme leaders and the placement team to support the preparation for and the delivery of practice-based learning.
To apply for this role, applicants should have a qualification in Audiology and UK professional registration in the profession of Audiology. Applicants should also have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field. Experience of facilitating student learning, teaching and assessment in a healthcare setting, or Higher Education Institution is essential. Excellent communication, organisational and team-working skills are also essential.
