As part of the ongoing expansion of the RSK Group, we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our extremely busy inhouse legal team, which is primarily based in Helsby, Cheshire.This is a full time role, based at our head office, with some flexible working arrangements available.The RSK group is a leading environmental, engineering and technical services business headquartered in the UK, with an established presence in more than 40 countries around the world.This is a rare inhouse opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking for the next step in their career to move into a client-side advisory role in a highly acquisitive company. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to advise and support the company and its group on a variety of complex and interesting corporate matters.Person Specification

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.
  • A background in corporate law, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • International experience is desirable but not essential.
  • This role is most suited to an adaptable person with a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of commerciality in their legal advice and will thrive with a hugely varied workload.
