A fantastic opportunity has arisen at The Pods and we’re looking for a leisure attendant (lifeguard) to join our team. The leisure attendant role involves undertaking the typical duties of a lifeguard, working poolside.You’ll also support with the setting up of various sport and leisure operations that take place in our building – badminton, trampoline, table tennis as a few examples, and help to keep the facility clean, safe and welcoming.What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:

• Someone who holds a current, recognised pool lifesaving qualification (NPLQ)
• Someone who is motivated, punctual and a good communicator
• Someone who is able to follow health and safety and pool safe operating procedures
• Someone who can set up and dismantle equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Someone who can work a shift pattern that involves working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
