• Role: Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant
• Salary: Paid in-line with scales
• Location: North Finchley
• Start Date: September

SANZA Teaching is delighted to be supporting a large and dynamic school in North Finchley in their search for a Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant educational community on a one-year contract starting in September. The role offers full-time hours from 8.30am to 3.30pm and a salary aligned with national scales.About the Role

• Support the class teacher in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• Engage children with creative and fun learning activities
• Work with small groups of children to enhance their learning experiences
• Help create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Excellent opportunities for professional development and teacher training

Qualifications and Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Experience working within an EYFS setting
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive and creative learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
