Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Reception Class – April 2025Oldbury, B69, Sandwell£380 – £440 per weekFull time, Long termMonday to Friday, 8:30-3:30pmAre you a nurturing and experienced Early Years TA looking for a rewarding full-time role?A warm and welcoming primary school in Oldbury (B69) is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support their Reception class from April 2025.This is a long-term role with the chance to make a real impact during a crucial stage in children’s development. You’ll be part of a supportive EYFS team, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and happy learning environment.In this role, you will:
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
- Lead small group learning and provide tailored support during play and focused tasks
- Help pupils develop early communication, language, and social skills
- Promote routines, independence, and positive behaviour
- Track progress and contribute to observations and assessments
You’ll need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or Early Years
- Experience working within an EYFS or Reception setting
- A caring, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for early learning
- Commitment to full-time hours during term time
