We’re looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is a coachable self-starter with a great sense of creativity. An experienced licensed real estate agent not only lists and manages housing sales, they also network and coordinate with buyers, sellers, and investors. Due to the personal nature of this process, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. You’ll be responsible for consulting with clients regarding the sales process and obtaining great value for their property.

The ideal real estate agent will be a full-time (or have a plan to become full-time in 90 days) agent.

Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing is valuable to a career in real estate sales. If you already possess your real estate license, we want to speak with you!

Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it’s not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $75000 – $150000 / year or more. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help clients prepare their homes to placed on the market.
  • Assist clients in the home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses.
  • Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients’ best interests.
  • Become an expert in your local real estate market and stay informed of recent home sales.
  • Maintain a pulse on local market nuances, staying ahead of recent home sales and trends.
  • Advise your clients on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.
