This is a full-time, individual contributor role in Littleton, Colorado that offers competitive salary of $45 to $48 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. We have been operating for over 50 years and are looking for an individual to continue the tradition of the best in care for our residents.Responsibilities:
- Performing patient assessments
- Developing individual treatment plans
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Administering therapy and monitoring progress
- Ensuring patients and their families are informed of new treatments and therapy techniques.
- Participate in regular training and educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas.
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.
- State licensure as a Licensed Speech Pathologist.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Speech Pathologist.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with certain disorders and age groups may be required.
- Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
- Excellent relationship- building skills.
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
