Job description
Is organisation your thing???We are recruiting for 4 x Line leaders for a 6 month FTC based in Newstead.This is a full time role with overtime available at peak periods as well as an incentive bonus to be paid once peaks are completed.Covering their two peak periods the main responsibilites of the role will include;
- Supervise and lead a team of line workers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production
- Troubleshoot issues that arise on the production line
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Maintain safety standards on the production line
- Prepare reports on production metrics
The main objectives of the role
- To lead and oversee a team of workers in a production line, ensuring that targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- To liaise with managers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operation of the production line.
- To monitor workers’ performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- To resolve any issues that may arise during production and liaise with relevant parties to find solutions.
- To maintain high levels of safety in the workplace by adhering to health and safety regulations
