- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of LKS2 students, helping them build a solid foundation for future learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- Regularly assess and track student progress, offering feedback and setting goals to drive improvement.
- Use a range of teaching strategies to ensure all children are supported and challenged at the appropriate level.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a cohesive, engaging curriculum.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching LKS2 , particularly in Year 3 or similar primary experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging classroom and supporting the development of all learners.
- Passionate about teaching and developing young minds, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
