- Prepare contracts accurately and on time for new customers and owner upgrades.
- Meet purchasers face-to-face, reviewing and ensuring accurate paperwork completion.
- Make the paperwork process enjoyable and engaging for clients.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingual proficiency valued
