Primary responsibility is to serve as point of contact for assigned clients for all loan related servicing matters on highly complex deals. With minimal supervision, deliver the highest level of service to lenders/investors, borrowers, and internal business units while ensuring compliance with credit agreements, government regulations and/or Company policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesService loan requirements for a global and regional corporate and commercial credit portfolio, including special handling for an Asset Based Lending credit portfolio, acting in agency, participant and sole lender roles.Support the processing and reconciliation of loan accounting entries, commitment, availability and loan records, loan statements, interest and fee billings, wire accounts, client special purpose collection and disbursement deposit accounts and multiple loan systems. GBS, Loan IQ and Stucky experience is an asset.Direct market contact with Agents, Borrowers and Lenders, including use of lending portalsReview and adhere to credit approvals, legal credit agreements, corporate documents and policies and proceduresSupport in-line quality assurance reviews and adherence to process risk control standards.Acts as subject matter expert on the servicing of regional and global Corporate, Commercial and Asset Based Lending credit facilitiesMonitor/Support/Supervise administrative duties, including control reporting and records filingQualificationsUniversity degree with preference to finance or math and superior academic achievement7+ years of Corporate/Commercial banking experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsBasic knowledge of Corporate and Commercial loan servicing, including Asset Based Lending, and legal credit agreements is an assetAttention to detail and ability to accurately act on detailed instructions under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Participate in and support collaborative efforts to advance tools and technology enhancementsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentSupervisory experienceExcellent verbal and written communications and organizational skillsAdditional QualificationsStrives to bring critical thinking and ideas that drive accuracy, efficiency, innovation, and unique solutionsAbility to manage multiple tasks and flexibly adapt in a fast paced and challenging environment adjusting to evolving business needsExcels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forwardExperience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand current and future business needs – is a continuous learnerBelieves in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the worldAbility to work overtime, as neededWhat Bank of America OffersBank of America embodies a culture that extends from how we think, to how we behave, and to how we measure performance.
