Introduction
Title: Localized Outreach Campaign on Services for families of Missing Persons in Libya
Location: Benghazi, Tawergha, Tarhuna, and Tripoli Libya
Period: Six (06) months

In cooperation with local media partners, influencers, community leaders, and civil society organizations representing families of missing persons, the contractor will produce materials including radio spots, visual printable content (billboards, leaflets), videos, and other community-level outreach initiatives (including townhall meetings, engagement with local figures and Community Radio Programs / Talk Shows) to raise awareness about the rights of families of missing persons and inform them about available services in their areas).
To achieve these objectives,
UNDP intends to contract a qualified Libyan media service provider for six (06) months to design, produce, disseminate and evaluate a localized outreach campaign supporting referral systems (“one-stop-shops”) in target locations.
