• ACLS & BLS needed, provider must have active CA license & highly prefer fluoroscopy certification
• Expect 8 – 9 patient encounters per shift
• Adult general surgery with upper and lower scopes
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
