Job Description:In addition, this position is responsible for completing all administration tasks required to support the delivery plan, including pallet segregation and tracking, reporting and error monitoring. This will involve collaborating closely with our 3rd Party Logistics providers and the Marketplace and other support functions to ensure delivery plans are on time.NB: To stay close to customers, our support teams in our Paddington Support Office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected. What you’ll doYour key accountabilities will include

  • Take ownership for co-ordinating the delivery of Marketplace orders fulfilled via 3rd party logistics and marketplace portals, to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • Monitor upstream movements of marketplace stock, highlighting any risk to seasonal launches and planned deliveries
  • Establish positive relationships with 3rd party logistics suppliers and Marketplace teams to ensure delivery plans are fulfilled
  • Maintain reporting and tracker updates to track pallets and orders, including highlighting where pallets are stored for too long and ensuring 3rd party logistics have visibility of movement and capacity
  • Work closely with the Inbound Operations Manager, Hub Logistics Managers and International Trading teams to provide visibility and forecasting of inbound volumes, prioritizing stock where necessary

Who you areYour skills and experience will include

  • Ability to utilise Microsoft Office and a good understanding of how to utilise MS Excel
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks to tight timescales
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret the data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships both internally and external partners
