About the Opportunity:
- Job Title: Machine Operator
- Pay Rate Range: $20-25/Hour
- Location: Rogers, MN
- Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM with some required O/T on Saturdays
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED
- Experience with sheet metal
- CNC experience
- Ability to learn
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and punctuality
- Be able to use and understand a protractor, square, caliper, tape measure, scribe, and dead blow hammer
- Lifting 50lbs up to 75 lbs. team lift
- Standing for long durations of time
- Use power tools and be comfortable with them.
Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities: * Program, set up, and run various machines including Router, Folder, and Salvagnini.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
