Job Description:UE05: £28,879 – £33,232 per annumCSG / Estates / Maintenance ServicesOpen Ended Contract – PermanentFull Time Hour – 35 Hours Per Week.We are now looking for a Maintenance Planning Administrator to join our multi-disciplined and busy maintenance team.The Opportunity:We now require a Maintenance Planning Administrator to join one of our busy maintenance teams. The role has responsibility for processing, allocating and successfully managing the workflow for all trades operatives within the local team. The post-holder will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, supporting the ordering of technical goods and materials as well as undertaking general admin duties.You will be joining a team that provides exceptional customer services to an expanding world class estate and will be at ease working with others in an often demanding and high paced environment.Your skills and attributes for success:
- Approachable and confident communicator with strong people skills.
- Experience of work allocation, planning or scheduling the workload of others.
- Ability to monitor workloads, manage a workflow working to agreed SLAs/deadlines.
- Experience of purchasing goods and/or services.
- Good IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft 365 products.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy and changeable workload.
