Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with others, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Franksville, WIPay Range: $27-$34 Based on ExperienceHours: 3rd Shift, M-F, 10pm-6am. Will train on 1st (10am-6pm) and gradually move towards 3rd shift hoursWhat’s the Job?
- Safely maintain all converting and building equipment to minimize downtime.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, practicing safe work habits.
- Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups, demonstrating proactive maintenance.
- Utilize maintenance software to plan and schedule work effectively.
- Maximize equipment utilization by ensuring machinery runs at available capacity and speed.
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.
- 6 months’ experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives.
