Job description

The principal role is to assist in maintaining the building, grounds and equipment of the Wales Home in good condition for the safety and well-being of its residents and staff. This is a full-time, day shift position working from 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday as well as every third weekend from 7:00-15:00.

Specific Responsibilities:
Carry out the tasks coordinated by the Technical Services Manager.
Assume the Technical Services Manager’s responsibilities when he is absent.
Maintain the Wales Home in good condition and in conformity with standards.
Any other task that meets and respects the employee’s capabilities that can contribute to the success and help achieve the goals of the department and Wales Home.
