Can you foster collaboration and lead large teams of multi-skilled resources in the delivery of complex solutions.We are looking for a Managed Service Lead (MSL) to lead our Workplace and Platform teams in the transformation of a large, complex, mission critical environment. This role is technical lead for these delivery teams and is responsible for helping to shape the strategy and roadmap in these areas. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to creating value and ultimately driving transformative experiences for our customers’ end users.Your role

  • We are looking for a Managed Service Lead to work as part of and lead a multi skilled agile team, including security, service and management where teamwork is paramount. Your role will involve:
  • Owning and driving the technical delivery of sub-components of the Managed Service from design, through to deployment to Live.
  • Collaborating with other MSLs to drive delivery across a number of technology areas with a focus on improving efficiency and cohesion.
  • Providing input into the strategic direction and roadmaps for these key delivery areas.
  • Act as the technical lead, providing leadership to all Fujitsu colleagues and to our customer stakeholders.
  • Providing architecture governance, ensuring compliance against requirements, delivery against the original outline vision and ensuring the integrity of customer environments.
  • Reports to the project’s Solution Lead.

Your experience

  • Experience in the delivery of secure, highly resilient, large-scale IaaS, PaaS and workplace solutions.
  • Creation and ownership of technical design documentation artefacts including HLD’s and LLDs,
  • Ability to brainstorm, problem-solve and present ideas using a variety of design thinking methods available.
  • Managing and motivating teams to deliver to a plan.
  • Experience in the development and delivery of solutions using Agile Methodologies
  • Client facing skills at a senior level with the ability to communicate ideas and present challenging points of view to both senior internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Single UK nationality with DV clearance, with demonstrable experience working in highly secure, mission critical environments.
