Job description

Reporting to the CFO, the Management Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the daily accounts (receivable/payable), the month-end process and the preparation of certain documents in connection with the financial publication of the management entities. The position will also involve working on the entire accounting cycle, from payroll processing to intercompany invoicing and year-end procedures.HOPEM Experience is a MUST!!!Advantages

Standard workweek of 40 hours (9 am to 5 pm with a flexible schedule).
3 weeks of annual vacation.

Paid-ParkingResponsibilities
– Produce accounts for management companies, holding companies, etc;
– Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
– Verify the conformity of the entire accounting cycle, such as accounts receivable and accounts payable;
– Participate in the monthly preparation of management fee invoices, inter-company billing recharges and salary recharges.
– Participate in the reconciliation and entry of credit card accounts.
– Participate in G&A analysis;
– Prepare payroll and manage timesheets for invoicing;
– Ensure proper application of accounting standards;
– Prepare tax reports and any other reports requested by the bank or government authorities.Qualifications
– Relevant accounting training ;
– HOPEM Experience is a MUST!!!
– 2-3 years relevant experience;
– Knowledge of Excel (asset);
– Good team spirit, autonomous and rigorous;
– Knowledge of Hopem and/or Quickbook (asset)Summary
