Job description
As a leader in Home Healthcare, Air Liquide takes care of 1,300,000 patients at home in 35 countries whose treatment for chronic diseases requires the use of medical equipment for respiratory assistance, infusion therapy and nutritional assistance.
Its multi-disciplinary teams (pharmacists, nurses, nutritionists) aim to improve patient’s autonomy, adherence to treatment, clinical outcomes and quality of life through cost-efficient offers combining added-value services and innovative technology.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As a part qualified Management Accountant you will be the first point of contact for finance topics including all reporting responsibilities and deliverables. You will work closely with the shared service centre and Finance teams, manage month end reporting focusing on monthly and YTD performance, efficiency calculations and variances to key targets/forecasts. You will play a fundamental and proactive role in supporting the local leadership team, offering advice and solutions to help grow the business.
You will bring a strong business acumen, and have a desire to help drive business performance and growth.
This is a hybrid role with the option of being based out of either the Droitwich or Coleshill, Birmingham office on a fixed term basis (6-9 month contract).
Business and financial reporting including a “sleeves up” approach
Forecasting and Budgeting
Sales Analysis and Reporting
5 Year Business Planning
Capital Expenditure control
New Business modelling
Efficiency creation and tracking
SLA analysis, challenge, tracking
Working with data to help track and predict performance
Lead internal initiatives where required
Confident and comfortable with presenting both internally, locally and to customers where required.
Internal KPI’s: defining, monitoring and reporting
Process review with an eye for Continuous Improvement to generate value
Are you a MATCH?
Specialised Knowledge in Finance and Business Reporting – ideally achieved through a business degree or accounting part qualification
Previous work experience in a similar type of role
Strong problem solving skills with an ability to challenge the norm and offer solutions to support the development of the business
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments
