Requisition ID: 200520Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.The Manager, Business Intelligence & Decision Support is responsible in delivering quality reviewed Financial Profitability results to International Banking business operations by supporting the MIS team in conducting data quality assurance and governance. This includes supporting internal customers such as Retail, Commercial, GBM, Treasury segment teams in addition to facilitating the coordination of Finance reporting requirements with Finance team across IB division and EO Finance.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Perform quality assurance activities on Segment Financial data
  • Support in data management activities related to Finance FP&A such as new requirements, data quality/integrity testing, data analytics and data governance.
  • Support in the development and data analysis to address key business issues and management requirements.
  • Liaise with different teams in different teams (Segment/Countries/Corporate) to operate various BI Tools such as MIS/Segment cubes, EGL/OBI extraction, and Power BI models to address questions/investigations.
  • Actively seek and evaluate opportunities to improve process, quality, and coordination with stakeholders in Toronto and in countries.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience will be an asset.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline including Mathematics, Science, Computer Science or Financial Engineering.
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in analytical problem-solving. Conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with tight deadlines, solve complex problems, and balance conflicting priorities.
  • A solid understanding of IB or Global Finance’s operations and processes is an asset.
  • Power BI an asset.
