You can still apply if you think you’re a fit.Job Requirements of Manager, Corporate FP&A:WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for managing the annual budgeting process, the quarterly forecasting cycles and month-end processes for the organization.In this role, you will:
- Develop the long range 5-year financial plans in conjunction with Senior Management as part of the Strategic Planning process
- Analyze monthly results against budget and forecast to provide Senior Management with clear and actionable insights
- Work closely with the Finance Business Unit leads and FP&A team to develop a comprehensive understanding of budgets and forecasts and monthly results
- Maintain repeatable inputs that support analysis for the monthly, quarterly and annual results and budgets. Extend this into “What-If” financial modelling
- Work with the Corporate Director of Finance to enhance and implement Business Finance systems to support budgeting and forecasting, and business results analysis
- Partner with the Manager of Financial Systems & Consolidations to maintain master data and strong data sets to ensure Business Finance Systems provide consistent and reliable outputs
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- CPA designation and FP&A experience is required
- University degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 7 years relevant business and accounting experience, with Manager level experience
- Must have strong Business System skills and process management capability
- Must possess good analysis and documentation skills including proficiency in using Excel and large application systems
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
