What will you do?
Provide credit advice through deep discovery and discussion with our High Net Worth clients.
Structure customized credit solutions to meet the wealth goals of our High Net Worth clients
Collaborate with key partners such as Risk Management to provide winning solutions for clients
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
3-5 years of lending experience and demonstrated proficiency in personal/small business credit structuring in the banking industry.
Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and understand financial statements to articulate cash flow from multiple income streams (personal and business).
Expert knowledge of HEF products and policies
Ability to partner and network across platforms in order to provide tailored credit solutions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving and negotiation skill
University or college degree.
Nice to have:
Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese will be considered an asset.
Complex lending, small business and/or commercial banking experience.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and educational development.
Demonstrated persistence to achieve desired goals and the agility to handle change with flexibility.
