What you will doAs a manager at KPMG, you will assist large organizations in defining, designing, and implementing organizational and digital strategies and solutions. You will understand the workings of major healthcare organizations and be able to communicate with senior executives to add real value.
- You will lead business development activities as well as project delivery while supporting the growth of the team and the development of its dynamic consultants.
- You will lead teams of motivated and talented consultants while maintaining close relationships with your clients and managing the delivery of high-quality work.
- You will collaborate with business experts worldwide to create innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- You will forge close professional relationships with clients at all levels (in a business development and service delivery context).
- You will play a strategic role in the development and growth of our team (business development, project delivery, recruitment, mentoring, administration).
- You will develop and sharpen a business sense commensurate with your ambitions with a leadership team that values teamwork in a person-centered work environment.
You will also work closely with the leadership of the healthcare and life sciences team to provide services covering, among other things:
- Care transformation through digital strategy and enablement
- Digital ecosystem and infrastructure modernization
- Clinical Information System implementation support and assurance
What you bring to the roleYou have an educational background and/or professional experience in healthcare and life sciences, operational excellence, management consulting, strategy, or policy development. You strive to make a meaningful and positive difference, working collaboratively alongside your peers, with innovation at the forefront. You’re passionate about being involved in your local community and have a proven ability to achieve personal and professional success while being curious as you learn emerging practices and technologies.
- A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
- You understand the workings of healthcare systems in Canada, specifically in Quebec, including healthcare policies, healthcare technologies, health system design, and service delivery models and trends, which is considered a strong asset.
- You are a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and the enthusiasm to take on a variety of challenges and opportunities.
- You work independently without supervision and have a strong sense of accountability.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You have strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly identify and define problems, as well as develop creative solutions to address client requirements.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with client stakeholders in a way that is honest, consistent, and clear.
- You excel in a collaborative team environment to execute quality project deliverables.
