This role supports the development, continuous improvement and deployment of executive development programs, while collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to optimize program development and deployment.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Manages the design, development and execution of leadership learning programs, supporting the overall leadership strategy with the Senior Manager, Executive iLEAD
  • Collaborates with other Leadership teams and Learning COE partners in the development and implementation of leadership learning programs, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s overall strategic priorities
  • As necessary, manages vendor relationships in executing effective delivery of programs and initiatives
  • Monitors and analyzes leading trends and best practices in leadership learning strategies and programs to identify improvement/enhancement opportunities
  • Collaborates with internal business partners and external vendors to design and develop new course offerings using Learning & Development design principles and various deployment methods, including instructor-led, virtual, e-learning and social media
  • Interacts and builds relationships with the banks senior executives and external vendors with professionalism and effective communication
  • Supports the broader Leadership Development team on talent initiatives and projects
  • Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations within his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
  • Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Adult Education or related field
  • Strong understanding of program design, development and implementation
  • Strong project management skills and effective execution skills to ensure successful delivery/implementation of learning initiatives and programs
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environments
  • Results oriented and able to effectively execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Bank’s business strategy and how Learning can support them
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities without compromising quality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and build strong relations with senior executives and external vendors
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Spanish language skills are an asset
