About the Role:

The Regulatory Reporting Manager reporting to Financial Controller will be responsible for regulatory reporting of Citco Bank Canada.

Job Duties in Brief:

  • Reviewing all monthly and quarterly OSFI returns i.e., LCR, NCCF, LRR, BCAR, M4, P3 etc. prepared by regulatory reporting team to ensure data integrity and correctness of process flow
  • Submitting all OSFI returns through RRS on timely basis
  • Preparing and submitting all statistics Canada returns within deadlines
  • Reviewing daily regulatory ratio calculation
  • Maintaining adequate backups including working papers, upload files, submission evidence, review and approval proof
  • Analyze latest OSFI pronouncements and guidelines and provide feedback to regulatory return preparation team to accommodate the change
  • Preparing 5 year forecast and assisting in ICAAP process
  • Demonstrate ownership to the regulatory reporting function
  • Providing guidance to regulatory return preparation team
  • Working closely with Management, Financial Risk Management, Compliance, Capital Management and Tactical team on regulatory reporting matters
  • Addressing all queries relating to regulatory reporting matters on timely basis
  • Providing support for regulatory reporting audits

About You:

  • Must have a Bachelor degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or in a related descipline
  • Completion of, or in progress an Accounting designation (CPA, CFA) an advantage
  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience on Wolters Kluwer is an advantage
  • Strong background in regulatory and financial reporting
  • Must have an willingness and drive for process improvement
  • Must have advanced knowledge on MS Excel
  • Must be with good accounting acumen, attention to detail and self driving
  • Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
