Requisition ID: 200192Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.As a Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation of Anaplan, a cloud-based financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform across the Bank. The manager will be trained to become a subject matter expert and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining financial models in Anaplan by working closely with the finance teams across the organization and support the Bank’s FP&A transformation journey.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with consulting partners throughout the implementation of Anaplan as the PMO lead ensuring milestones are completed and internal requirements are met.
  • Work with finance teams to understand business requirements, ensure alignment with business needs and translate them into financial models, dashboards and reports in Anaplan.
  • Support with the development of the FP&A center of excellence
  • Develop and enhance financial models in Anaplan
  • Train and educate finance team members on Anaplan usage and best practices
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with Anaplan models and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with Anaplan updates and new features to ensure optimal performance of models.
  • Build strong relationships and interact with stakeholders across the forecast and planning process, including FP&A business line teams, corporate functions finance, capital management and GRM to ensure deadlines are met.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Experience in financial modeling (Banking knowledge is strongly preferred) and data analytics
  • Project management and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the Bank’s systems and dashboard skills such as Power BI, Tableau are an asset
  • Anaplan knowledge and experience also an asset
  • Sound accounting knowledge and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Accounting or post graduate designation is an asset (CPA, MBA or CFA)
