Job Summary The Centre of Governance supports senior management and business partners with financial analysis and advisory to drive value creation for RBC. As Manager of Forecasting and Advisory, you will provide insight into all financial aspects of a compensation plan in the Wealth Management business platform. In addition to regular duties, you will play a key role in process streamlining projects and educating our business partners.Job DescriptionWhat will you do? * P&L estimate and decomposition for senior management

  • Provide oversight to the plan’s risk management program
  • Liaise with HR to stay current with business side issues
  • Operations including accruals, reconciliation and various management reports
  • Continually improving the process such as efficiency enhancements and designing dashboards

What you need to succeed? * Superb analytical, problem solving and communication skills

  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under tight timeline and pressure
  • A desire for process improvement with an end-to-end mentality
  • University degree

Nice to have: * Knowledge of investment products and concepts (e.g. mutual funds, dividends, derivatives)

  • Competency in PeopleSoft
  • CPA/Advanced degree in accounting or finance
