Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Manager, AML Reporting is mandated to develop and maintain accurate and timely Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF) reports including board reports, management reports, operational reports, audit reports and regulatory reports. Utilizing sophisticated tools and techniques, the Manager will develop and maintain new and existing reports, analyze data to provide meaningful information and continuously look for opportunities to provide more relevant and valuable intelligence to the Global AML program.What will you do?Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and validate complex and ambiguous business requirementsDesign, test and implement operational and managerial reports and make enhancements to existing reportsPrepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting solutions in accordance with existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), lead and support ad hoc data/report requests for regulators and internal stakeholders adhering to existing SLAsPartner with Business Intelligence developers to design and develop optimal solutions for analysis and value added reporting.Independently define and develop business intelligence strategic initiatives including dashboards, scorecards and other web reporting capabilitiesLead and support in developing operational metrics and corporate Key Performance IndicatorsAnalyze business data to identify quality and integrity issues in partnership with the IT DepartmentExplore and access new data from various platforms, and ensure proper incorporation of any new data feedsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, R and/or SAS and/or other data analysis toolsFamiliarity with data visualization software like TableauExperience handling a large volume of dataUndergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, IT, or Computer ScienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-haveGraduate degree in Mathematics or Statistics or Computer scienceCertified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designationSpecific AML/Financial Crime industry experienceWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
