We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.In the Manager Operational Risk role, you will be responsible to work with the various teams in Global Functions Technology (GFT), helping them in all stages of an audit, either internally, or externally. This will include, but not limited to, preparing teams to go into an audit, working with them while in the audit, and helping them to close any audits issues. This role is to be the liaison between the auditors and the internal teams in GFT.This position will also interact with one team in GFT, following up on a few items and reports on a weekly basis. This could be but not limited to Risk Findings, DR testing, Mandatory Training.What will you do?Review and prepare GFT teams for upcoming audits, using internal audit’s (IA) list of “Hot Topics”, and pain points from other audits.Attend all audit meetings during the actual audit, helping to clarify any requests, chase down any requests that are taking longer than the time frame, and validate all evidence that the audit team is providing to the auditors.Post audit will need to reach out to the audit issue owner and performer to confirm that the issue will be closed on time. This includes reviewing the evidence provided to confirm that it will close the issue with audit.Be part of GFT in the semi-annual SOX/SOC1 audit review, performing review of evidence before sending to the SOC1/SOX team.For a team in GFT, you will be following up on weekly risk metrics, working with the team to reduce the number of gaps, validating risk findings, and providing feedback as the main vocal point for the GFT team.What do you need to succeed?Must Have:High level of experience with Microsoft ExcelWorking knowledge of other Microsoft productsExperience with audits (internally or externally)Technical experience with operating system (Windows/Linux)Experience with databases (SQL, Sybase, Db2)Nice-to-have:Post-Secondary education in any of the following: Computer Science, Information systems, Information Technology, or Project ManagementCRISC certificationWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
