Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Planning Manager will utilize critical thinking to support execution of policies, processes, and transformation projects. In this role, the Planning Manager demonstrates basic financial controlling and reporting knowledge and ability and, with guidance, conducts sessions within internal teams, gathering business analysis in the full range of typical situations and execute changes in current tools. The role leverages guidance of a more senior resource when executing all aspects of requirements delivery.What will you do?Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with the invoices payment process (incl. Paper invoices, Software, Beeline, COUPA, etc.), furlough, etc.Responsible for running the monthly reporting of Project Reports. Works closely with PMs/PMAs/Contractor Owners to review and correct outstanding items as part of the monthly cycle.Maintain a positive and constructive relationship with all stakeholders, and assist the Senior Planning Manager in managing stakeholder relationshipsFacilitate small meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutesAssist in driving continuous process improvement in collaboration with other team leadsDevelops knowledge and become a valuable team resourceParticipates in ad-hoc requestsContinuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks.
