As part of the International Segment in Canada, you will provide strategic direction to sales teams on industry best practices as well as develop expertise in our products. You will also be responsible for delivering high quality customer service through problem resolution, revenue generation, account management and client relationship management. This role requires experience in people management and strong analytical and project management skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, flexible and able to work independently or collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.About the Role

  • Provide strategic direction to sales teams on industry best practices as well as develop expertise in our products
  • Deliver high quality customer service through problem resolution, revenue generation, account management and client relationship management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers, including senior executives
  • Work closely with product development to identify new features and functionality
  • Conduct business analysis and market research to support the development of innovative solutions
  • Manage resources effectively and efficiently to achieve desired outcomes
  • Manage staffing needs, performance and career development of direct reports
  • Approve expense reports and corporate card statements
  • Review monthly financial results and take appropriate action where necessary
  • Complete special assignments such as presentations, training sessions, and speaking engagements
  • Coach others in areas of expertise

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting services within the technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to establish and cultivate long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
  • Self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude
