If you share this passion to drive things forward and the integrity to insist on doing things the right way, we’ll equip you to take your future into your own hands and play a leading role in our story.Job DescriptionThe Digital Survey Operations Manager position on the Digital Operations team at MRI-Simmons offers a unique opportunity to lead and assist on a wide variety of digital syndicated survey operations tasks, for current high-profile studies as well as for exciting experimental research projects. Strong hands-on experience managing & testing digital surveys, incredible attention to detail, logic/critical thinking skills, and comfort with digital survey environments are critical. We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is willing and excited to learn in a new environment and who will proactively take it upon themselves to become the “expert” at what they do.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead or assist in the end-to-end management of syndicated digital surveys of various modes – online (CAWI), telephone (CATI), and in-person (CAPI)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, organize, and clarify survey content updatesProvide programmer-ready instructions/documentation of survey updates and manage the changes & testing process with internal and external programmersDetermine audit-level survey-testing strategies and create detailed testing protocols & documentationOversee and perform quality control testing of digital surveys to ensure accuracy of content, formatting, and functionalities, as well as accuracy of respondent-facing survey renderings across devices/browsersPerform digital survey data-checks to ensure data output matches survey inputsOversee and perform quality control testing of respondent-facing system pages that link to our online surveyDetermine testing strategies to ensure the proper flow of data between our surveys and linked-systems, and then perform & document data-flow testing to confirm proper operationAssist with the creation of various survey variable reference documents and review data maps, as needed, for our data processing colleaguesHelp perform quality control testing of other DigOps surveys & systems that fall outside of your direct purviewHelp identify survey, system, and process improvement opportunitiesPerform other Digital Operations tasks, as requiredExperience and Skills:5+ years of hands-on experience managing and QC-testing digital surveys of various modesExperience working directly with both clients (or internal stakeholders) & survey programmersIncredible level of detail-orientation is requiredStrong logic/critical-thinking skillsExcellent project management/organizational skillsMust be comfortable and confident working in digital survey & digital systems environmentsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Jira experience is a plusBasic HTML or other programming language skills a plusBilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred but not requiredEducation: BA/BS in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Math, Market Research, Marketing, and other disciplines considered.What We Offer401K MatchMedical/ Vision/ Dental InsuranceWork life balance- Hybrid or Remote schedule11 paid corporate HolidaysLife / Pet InsuranceSupplier Discounts/ Plum Benefits partnershipSalary commensurate with experience: $80,000-$90,000All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.We are not responsible for any fee related to unsolicited resumes from 3rd party staffing and recruiting agencies (whether submitted through this website or sent directly to employees) unless a written agreement is in place between the agency and GfK (“Company”) and an authorized Company representative makes a written request to the agency to assist with this requisition.
