Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat’s the opportunity?As a Manager, Technology Infrastructure Performance Management, you will be supporting the Tech Infrastructure (TI) Financial Advisory Consolidation team. You will proactively create and manage consolidated financial view for TI. You will be collaborating with 6+ financial advisors on the TI Finance Advisory team. You will become an integral part of TI Finance Advisory consolidation team and assist in monthly variance analysis, managing plan/forecasting cycles, finance review process of SOW spend and proactively look for automation opportunities. Collaborate with T&O performance management team and ensure all TI deliverables as well as any ad-hoc analysis requests are delivered on time. Be results oriented and ensure timely execution of the day-to-day activitiesWhat will you do?

  • Responsible for the consolidation and analysis of end-to-end financials of Tech Infrastructure (TI) as a whole.
  • Primarily responsible for leading and supporting:
  • Monthly monitoring, reporting and variance analysis,
  • Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Finance review process of the initiative spend (SOWs).
  • Responsible for identifying and understanding the cost drivers of the TI pillars (~10) and offer insightful variance commentary suitable for executive consumption.
  • Support TI Admin in a financial advisor capacity as well as track regulatory remediation related spend.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Management (PM) teams in ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Responsible for encouraging and embedding a culture of financial discipline in the infrastructure teams supported by this position through proactive communication, education and utilization of various financial processes and tools.
  • Work independently to identify governance, efficiency management, financial process issues; and proactively work to address them by engaging cross-functional expertise as required.
  • Proactively identify automation and standardization opportunities by removing any redundancies in financial processes within TI Finance.
  • Other duties as assigned – in a constantly evolving role which requires constant pivoting and realignments.

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • 3-5 years’ experience in relevant finance/accounting capacity.
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to create and manage financial models with macros.
  • Superior PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
  • Good business acumen, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet pressing deadlines while still maintaining attention to detail.
  • Process improvement mindset.

Nice to have

  • Finance Designation Preferred – MBA, CA, CMA or CGA.
