Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Manager, T&O Finance, Performance Management is a key member of the T&O Finance Performance Management team. They will provide insightful and actionable financial and business analysis of Technology &Operations (T&O) results and work on analytical presentations to support decision making; and is responsible for timely delivery of related financial reporting packages while streamlining processes to create efficiencies and support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.This position supports the Performance Management team to provide Senior Management with effective performance analytics and reporting of Actual results to enable early identification of issues, opportunities and appropriate alternative action to support efficient and timely decision making.What you will do?
- Preparation of comprehensive, in-depth and timely analytical support and reporting including internal charges within T&O
- Collaborate with finance teams across the Enterprise to ensure timely and accurate flow of information
- Collaborating with T&O finance teams on the tracking/ reporting of spend on large initiatives, and analysis of these compared to various scenarios.
- Preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly T&O Management Reports (MMR), including key financial highlights (Allocations, Revenue, CNB Slides) and Actuals Vs T-5 Estimate analysis including Interdepartmental.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly CIO Navigator reports to Segments (WM, CFO Group, L&C, HR) including updating key financial highlights and commentary and publishing once completed.
- Preparation of insightful analysis for management decision-making
- Support the end-to-end Performance Management close processes, ensuring results are correct and reported accurately in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Enterprise Performance Management teams for reporting results (NIAT estimates)
- Involved in various projects as required and prepare ad-hoc analysis for financial results as requested
What you need to succeed?Must Have
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience (or closely related functions
- CA/CGA/CMA/MBA/CFA
- Working experience and knowledge of EPM
- Experience interpreting data and effectively communicating results
- Strong in Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Team player and strong communication skills
- Enterprise mindset and strong analytical capabilities
- Initiative and proactive thinking
- Cope with tight timelines and occasionally long hours required
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate multi-tasking skill
